Do you program your location into your GPS or Google maps? It would be unlikely that you would end up at your intended destination without some guidance if you did not know where you were going.
Many people make attempts to focus on their health and wellness without setting appropriate goals. Goal-setting can be simple or it can be very complex, but what all goal-setting has in common is that it is a plan of action to achieve a desired result.
