1. 90% of all machines (at the gym) require that you sit in order to use them..

2. Chances are, you probably sit for the majority part of your day..

Note: for those of you that are mobile and active during the day this applies to you too!

Why go to the gym (or wherever you train) and spend more time sitting?? Get off your tush and train!! For your next workout grab a kettle-bell, dumbbell, or barbell and do something productive.
