Pretty simple here… Nap less and move more!
Instead of watching the Tube for hours on end, hit the gym for hours on end. The more you sit, the more you will want to sit and nap. Do you find yourself getting tired anytime you sit for a prolonged period?? You need to move more!!
So, this is what I want you to do- the next time you find yourself getting tired and planning for a nap, workout instead. If you don’t know what to do just get up and pump out some body weight squats!
