We have all done this…
You get to the gym and you head straight for your first exercise! No warm- up or anything. We are all rushed and sometimes the anxiety to get the workout completed is overwhelming. STOP!!
Before you begin your next exercise session please perform an active warm- up. Your body will perform much better and you will reduce your chance of injury. 5mins is all you need, but 10min is better!
Don’t jump right in, Warm- Up!!
