Snack it Up

Easy snacks are not difficult to come by; you just need to be a little creative. A few suggestions would be apple and string cheese, rice cakes and peanut butter, cottage cheese and pineapple, yogurt, dried fruit, wheat thins, trail-mix, fresh fruit, almonds (raw)… the list goes on!
