How to increase physical activity

To increase your physical activity try to take a walks at lunch time, park on the outskirts of the parking lot, and easiest of all, take the stairs! Don’t get caught driving around the parking lot looking for the closest parking spot! There is no excuse for laziness!

And please don’t be that person at the gym searching for the closest parking space 😦
